Office Manager/Assistant - Los Angeles based international film Sales / Production company is seeking an energetic and efficient Office Manager who is self-motivated, organized, dependable, with excellent computer skills. Responsibilities include reception and phones, coordinating meetings, schedules and calendars for executives, arranging travel, sales market and event coordination, expense reports, general office management, and some HR duties. Ideal candidate is ambitious, resourceful, articulate, professional, with a college degree and 2-3 years of office management experience. Experience in International Sales is a plus.
