Search for Executive Assistant (Chinese/English Translator) jobs in Hollywood-CA
Job Duties:
• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel, housing and reservations when necessary.
• Make appointments and make changes to existing appointments.
• Answer and directing calls to appropriate executives and parties, taking messages.
• Greet visitors and determining access to appropriate parties.
• Open, sorting, and distributing mail.
• Prepare presentations when necessary.
• Maintain inventory and office supplies. Anticipate office needs; evaluate new office products; place and often expedite orders when necessary.
• Send Meeting notes out in a timely manner.
• Send out Director/Producer calendar
• Ensure operation of office equipment, order maintenance when necessary. Troubleshoot malfunction of office equipment.
• Order Weekly Office and Kitchen supplies
• Prepare Petty Cash, Credit Card, Reimbursement and mail reports
• Conduct research for the story and provide it to Producers/Directors when necessary.
• Handle all Bi-lingual communications for the production
• Assist with script translation to Chinese.
• Handle other duties as assigned to support the executive team.
Required Skills and Experience
• Fluent in Chinese and English a MUST.
• B.S. in Management or related field
• Strong Interest in learning different aspects of Production
• 3+ years administrative support or executive assistance
• Problem solving ability
• Advanced MS Office experience
