The assistant is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the President of Aputure.
Essential Job Functions:
Duties are as follows:
Place, log, and schedule domestic and day-to-day phone, and conference calls.
Schedule appointments on a day-to-day basis using Google Calendars and maintain executive and department calendars.
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
Interact and maintain relationships with other cinema and technology companies
Assists in the planning of all exhibitions and conventions (NAB, Cinegear, IBC, Photokina)
Creative development and execution of promotional materials for each product launch. Includes pitching to vendors, working through legal approvals, handling orders, and distribution.
Revise, redline, and proofread agreements.
Draft and compose correspondence for review.
Perform other related duties to support the departmental team as requested by management.
Troubleshoots logistical problems as well as handles all office issues for the team.
Assists the department overall and facilitate flow of information.
Performs other related duties and special projects as required and directed.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is a plus; equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.
Administrative Assistant with 2 years Business and Legal Affairs experience.
Eligibility Requirements:
Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Desired Characteristics
Must be based in Los Angeles, California and able to commute to the Aputure Glendale Office
Has the drive and ability to take initiative, work independently and pursue their own projects
Has a clear understanding of the players in the cinema equipment market
Able to work flexible and long hours including late nights, and sometimes weekends.
