And Company is looking for an experience Social Community Manager to join our quickly growing Social team. Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to manage and engage with our client's online communities while adopting different tones of voice catered to each. You are fluent in social and are familiar with the intricacies of each individual platform. You are organized and creative and a bit of a grammar snob. You understand that even the smallest interaction can create large opportunities and are able to identify these opportunities for our clients. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the online voice of our communities and manage all community communications.
Community Manager Responsibilities:
-Hands on manager for client social channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, Tumblr
-Prepping assets and creative and posting in accordance with the social calendar created by the Account team
-Create engaging responses for community according to established voice to surprise and delight and create amplification opportunities for our clients
-Proactively work with account team to tackle any activities that could negatively impact clients or business
-Act as an additional copywriting resource for creative post copy
-Involvement in creative concepting as necessary
-Coordinate with Strategists, Managers, Copywriters, Art Directors, and other team members to execute campaign concepts and responsibilities
-Stay up-to-date with social platform and digital technology trends and capabilities.
Requirements:
-Proven work experience as a social community manager for entertainment properties
-Experience launching multiple types of creative on social channels
-Basic knowledge of paid social specs and types
-Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-Excellent writing skills
-Strong familiarity with social platforms
-Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadline
-Team player with a positive, can do spirit
-College degree preferred
