An 11:11 Experience and owners of The 11:11, a new venue, in West Hollywood, are currently accepting applications for a General Manager to oversee venue and company operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both theater and film production and have a solid, working knowledge of Excel, Quickbooks and Google suite. The ideal candidate is an independent and flexible thinker who is extremely organized and detail-oriented. They are self-motivated, able to multi-task, and possess the ability to work well under deadlines. They are a lover of theatre and the arts.
Duties would include:
-Manage the day to day operations of the venue and production office, its staff and its finances
-Negotiate, prepare, and manage all contracts, commissions, and licensing agreements
-Distribute and file all fully executed contracts
-Work with accountant to ensure payroll is accurate and timely
-Compile and create cost reports
-Compile and create expense reports and oversee receipt management
-Oversee the line budget on supported 11:11 projects
-Other general administrative duties as needed

- #WHENTODAYENDS- A feature narrative in post production
- DARE TO BE BAD- A published book for artists
