We are launching a new product called Neufluence - an inclusion-focused creator marketplace offering tools to help brands, startups, and diverse micro-creators easily collaborate and monetize their total audience.
Our mission with Neufluence is to generate more equity in marketing that can reach diverse audiences effectively. We're a DEI-driven company whose beliefs are the foundation for creating a solution that provides opportunities for brands to hire a diverse spectrum of influencers and creators.
Job Overview:
We are looking to hire an experienced, tech-savvy, remote, part-time assistant to work closely with the CEO on the day-to-day operations. This is a multi-faceted role for an outgoing person who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities will range from administrative tasks to business development to assist with team management. As a gatekeeper to the CEO, the role provides a lot of room for growth within the organization.
Experienced candidates should also have knowledge of the marketing industry (specifically influencer marketing) and a strong understanding of technology. The candidate should be a go-getter, a highly organized critical thinker with solid written, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-General administrative tasks include:
-Keeping the CEO accountable.
-Email management.
-Review and proofread documents.
-Manage and update pipelines and databases.
-Research and task management.
Client relationship tasks include:
-Assist in managing client accounts and new business.
-Client/user relationship management.
-Assist in communications with internal and external stakeholders.
-Ensuring tasks within our roadmap are completed.
-Assisting with pitching and business development.
- Onboarding and assisting team members and interns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Possess knowledge of the marketing industry (preferable, influencer marketing).
Technology driven/tech savvy
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
