We are seeking a entry-level Project Coordinator with knowledge of the entertainment industry and marketing. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing accounts, nurturing client/industry relationships, administration duties, and connecting with key stakeholders. The role will serve as a point of contact for client matters, requires anticipation of the client's needs, and to work within the company to ensure deadlines are met.
This is a project-based role working closely with the CEO on maintaining client activities designed to help the client succeed.
We are open to hiring a remote worker.
Knowledge of pop culture and entertainment figures is preferred for this position. You do not have to know everything in entertainment if you do not know anything about the entertainment industry this position is not for you.
Strong writing skills are a critical function of the role. experience in writing sales letters, pitches, and business correspondence.
The candidate should be a doer, possess an interest in the entertainment industry, a passion for bringing ideas to the table, taking initiative, and be a team player.
Skills/Abilities Required:
You are a doer.
Detail-oriented in all tasks.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
Professional in the office environment and via phone
Have working knowledge of the entertainment industry.
High competency level with software and social media.
Key Job Functions:
Project Management
Light business development
Proactive communication with clients.
Draft and send written correspondence.
Review and proofread documents.
Administrative work
Assist with the management of interns.
Education/Experience:
College degree - Bachelor's
2+ years of real world experience required
