We are seeking an experienced part-time Account Coordinator with knowledge and/or experience in the entertainment industry. The Account Coordinator will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, managing account sales, and connecting with key stakeholders. The Account Coordinator will serve as a lead point of contact for client matters and talent bookings, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure talent deadlines are met.
This is a part-time to full-time, collaborative role working closely with the CEO on maintaining high-level client activities designed to help the client succeed. The candidate should be a doer, possess an interest in the entertainment industry, a passion for bringing ideas to the table and be a team player.
Skills/Abilities Required:

Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
Professional in the office environment and via phone
Have working knowledge of the entertainment industry.
High competency level with software and social media.
Key Job Functions:
Business development.
Proactive communication with clients on a daily basis.
Draft and send written correspondence.
Manage client relations and the client-agency relationship.
Proficiency in social media platforms.
Review and proofread documents.
Manage and track sales and project pipelines.
Assist with the management of interns.
Education/Experience:
College degree - Bachelor's
Must have 3+ years of experience
