Amblin Partners, located on the Universal Studios lot in Universal City, is currently seeking a Production Assistant to support our Executive Office.
Job duties include, but will not be limited to:
Opens and closes the office, ensuring printers and work areas are prepped for assistants and executives every morning.
Updates phone lists.
Maintains office media library.
Sorts through and delivers mail.
Charges/fills up executive cars.
Spends considerable time driving in the Los Angeles area for pickups and deliveries in company car.
Orders and picks up lunches and coffee in company car every day.
Restocks office crafty and work supplies.
Transcribes recordings of meetings and phone calls.
Covers phones when assistants are not available.
Special projects as assigned.
Work hours will be 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 pm. Additional hours and weekend work will be required as needed.
Often works in conjunction with executive home staff.
Due to the driving required for this position, candidates must have an excellent driving record. A DMV printout will be required upon offer.
Must be able to climb stairs carrying up to 15 pounds.
Position is available immediately.
This is an entry level position ideally suited for candidates with internship experience in the entertainment industry.
