Amblin Partners, located in Universal City, is seeking an assistant to support a high level executive.
To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in development supporting an executive and prior script reading experience.
Preference will also be given to candidates with previous talent agency experience and/or an English Literature degree.
Duties will include but not be limited to managing a busy calendar and phone, extensive data entry, script analysis, correspondence, arranging travel, coordinating with talent agencies, assisting with contract administration, and compiling lists and data for special reports as needed.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to prioritize delivery of information to the executive based on the sense of urgency, multi-task, possess impeccable writing skills, have a strong attention to detail, be results oriented, a problem solver under tight time restraints, and resourceful.
