Sr. Program Manager, Global Brand, Prime Video
Prime Video is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead programs and initiatives for the Global Brand Governance team. The Sr. Program Manager will be a critical leader in helping advance, unify, and maintain our global brand identity to ensure we provide our millions of global customers the most frictionless, dynamic, and consistent entertainment experience possible.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Sr. Program Manager with a background innovating and delivering global brand governance programs at scale. The Sr. Program Manager will lead and own a variety of initiatives surrounding global brand governance which includes partnering with the Marketing Managers around the world to develop a roadmap for a broader set of initiatives, implementing mechanisms for seamless governance, recommending and managing tools, and organizing systems updates. Design production knowledge and technical understanding of all marketing materials is desired.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Marketing Managers to identify and establish a process for holistic global brand governance, while working collaboratively with global teams across all disciplines.
• Develop a way to systematically share brand communications practices across the marketing org and markets.
• Partner with agencies and external resources to educate on the importance of brand.
• Identify opportunities for governance process improvements to ensure overall brand consistency and clarity.
• Understand global market needs and find unique solutions while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Author brand governance roadmaps and socialize efforts frequently to provide full-org transparency and project details.
• Manage project budgets, open POs, track, and forecast.
• Develop a system for org-wide audits of branding and language use.
• Build and maintain cross-team partnerships with Marketing, UX, Product, O&O, Promotions, Synergy, Events, Studios, Legal, and outside teams.
• Manage brand tools and establish overall governance check-ins and reviews with teams.
• Create brand governance project tracking system.
• Management of brand portal for both internal parties and external agencies.
Qualifications
• Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• 5 years experience in program or project management or 3 years of experience with an MBA
• Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
• 5 years experience delivering cross functional projects or 3 years of experience with an MBA
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience defining and executing against program requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• Understanding of global marketing operations principles
• Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams
• Experience working on governance within a highly matrixed, global brand
