*Role & Responsibilities:*
We are looking for an experienced Marketer to execute the operations for our email, push, and other communications efforts. The Talent/Artist Marketer will work closely with the communications manager to execute marketing initiatives targeting our core target audience. This role is focused on marketing operations and execution, including setting up email marketing automations and building out other channels through which we will communicate with talent. You will be building our practice from scratch, so you should be comfortable working in ambitious situations. The ideal candidate has experience working within the structure of a large organization, but has a scrappy, startup-like mindset when it comes to building scalable systems and processes.
* Manage all operational aspects of campaign execution: targeting and segmentation, planning, building, launching, and reporting. Work with creative communications lead to incorporate messaging strategy into campaigns.
* Represent the unique needs of talent/artists by conducting deep dive analyses to understand campaign performance and uncover customer insights.
* Work with Product team, Artist/Talent Communications, and design resources to project manage building a talent-facing website.
* Engage with business intelligence, engineering, merchandising, and other marketing teams to create and execute a test and learn plan to drive engagement, prevent churn, and design plans to support key business initiatives in a scalable way.
* Maintain a high bar for consumer-facing content, and ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard.
* Implement marketing technology business tools from the ground up. You will be building systems for communicating with talent/artists at scale, rather than walking into existing systems and processes.
* Set up talent ambassador and referral programs, driving loyalty and engagement.
