Job summary
The Amazon Prime Video Franchise Marketing team is looking for a talented and passionate Sr. Art Director to create world-class campaigns for global tentpole titles.
Working in close collaboration with creative directors, art directors, campaign managers, and producers, you will help us establish the unique look and feel of some of our biggest properties, from key art to OOH, digital, social, partnerships and more.
The ideal candidate is experienced in entertainment marketing and passionate about genre and franchise titles. You have the ability to think big picture while not overlooking the details. You are comfortable receiving creative feedback, helping direct vendors, and are skilled at managing fast-paced projects with a lot of moving parts, and have a high bar for creative excellence.
Key job responsibilities
• Establish the look and feel of global tentpole marketing campaigns, in collaboration with creative directors, strategy, and insights.
• Concept, design, and provide direction to vendors for executions across media, including key art, OOH, digital, social, external partnerships, internal synergy teams, experiential, on-platform ads, and more.
• Produce high-quality, innovative work with a global and culturally relevant sensibility, across a wide variety and types of audiences and placements.
• Continually adapt and evolve the creative over the course of a campaign to meet changing inputs and cultural shifts.
• Develop style guides and decks for internal and external needs.
• Work with and select assets from production for a variety of uses.
• Plan and oversee marketing gallery shoots with talent.
• Present ideas and concepts to agencies, internal partners and leadership, and others.
• Creatively manage and foster strong working relationships with agency partners and vendors.
• Work in close collaboration with campaign managers, producers, social leads, and other day to day team members.
• Establish and maintain a creative bar of excellence.
• Manage multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
• 5 years of creative services experience
• Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio
• Experience leading process improvements and/or operations tool implementations (e.g. digital asset management tool)
• Understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
• Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with digital asset management tools
