IMDb's Content Organization ensures that the content powering these experiences is accurate, timely and complete. We are looking for an analytical Program Manager with a deep understanding and passion for the entertainment industry to lead new initiatives focused on making IMDbPro's content indispensable. This is an exciting time as we expand our Los Angeles-based operations.
In this role you will lead a program focused on improving the coverage, accuracy and timeliness of the content that industry professionals need to power their careers. To achieve this you will establish and nurture relationships with studios, agencies and key strategic industry partners to source content and evangelize IMDbPro's unique value. You will leverage existing data sources, tools and processes to optimize for operational efficiency across a cross-functioning global team. You will own and develop KPIs for productivity and accuracy and will use customer-focused data to inform the right trade-offs and prioritization against competing business needs and technical constraints.
To be successful in this role you must possess superlative communication skills (written and verbal) to build trust and consensus across internal and external teams and customers. You must be data-driven with a proven record of delivery, process improvement and leading with influence over authority. Additionally, a deep understanding of the business and creative side of the entertainment industry will help you navigate the existing and emerging professional content opportunities ahead.

• Content acquisition/business development experience
• Existing entertainment industry network/contacts and relationships
