We are looking for a savvy, strategic, and analytical Product Manager for the Prime Video Operational Automation and Tooling team. In this cross-functional role you will help define and execute the strategy that drives the the operational tooling required to ensure high quality content is available to customers on time. You will collaborate with other product managers, engineering teams, business intelligence, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our platform capabilities.
A day in the life
As an owner of Operational Automation and Tooling, you will partner with product managers and engineering to drive your strategy to fruition. Partners and executive teams look to you for your knowledge of the customer experience, customer behavior, and metrics to justify investments toward Prime Video's vision. You are continuously learning and run experiments to validate new big ideas.

Job responsibilities
-Define and execute toward the long-term strategy for the Operational Automation and Tooling teams
-Actively run experiments to validate new big ideas and business opportunities
-Working closely with Business Intelligence to analyze business trends and make data-backed decisions
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineering, operators, and executives to influence and drive the long-term strategy
-Create business requirements, develop solutions, and socialize them across functions and teams
-Own the end-to-end product lifecycle

Qualifications
Basic qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
