As a Sr. Manager, Product Management - Technical for the Global Video Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for defining and building products that help Prime Video offer Customers the world's best selection of high-quality video content. You will lead a high performing team of Product Managers responsible for developing truly innovative products and features, and own the team vision, mission and roadmap.

You will be highly resourceful, customer-focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to deliver results through influence. He or she will have a proven track record on taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Prime Video's digital supply chain is powered by complex engineering systems and to build scalable Products that support the growth of the business, you will have to successfully work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, UX design, operations, finance, legal, business development, content acquisition, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance our customer experience for video providers around the world.
Primary responsibilities:
• Product Strategy and Direction: Continually assess the needs of customers, studios, content operations, emerging market trends and competitive opportunities in defining and evolving the product strategy.
• Roadmap Planning: Manage a cross-functional team for prioritizing and planning the roadmap and major product releases. Use high judgement to make critical trade-offs, balancing both business requirements and technological trade-offs.
• Requirements Definition: Develop comprehensive product plans, incorporating business requirements and roll out plans. Effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on budget.
• Product Roll-out & Go-to-Market: Create and execute go-to-market plans for new features. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure optimum performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
• 8 years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience
• 2 years of experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning roadmap strategy and definition
• 6 years of experience managing teams
