Creative Marketing Associate Manager, Prime Video
Prime Video is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Creative Marketing Associate Manager with a passion for developing high impact marketing campaigns that reach millions of customers globally. You will be responsible for supporting the SciFi/Fantasy/Superhero marketing genre team in executing consumer campaigns on- and off-Amazon that build awareness for and deeper engagement with Prime Video's series and movies. You will support the development of integrated communication plans and creative advertising to launch and sustain engagement for Amazon Originals, and collaborate cross functionally to deliver best in class integrated programs that drive awareness, conversation and viewership. You have a passion for global entertainment marketing campaigns, and experience in developing strategies and roadmaps. As an experienced marketing professional, you know possess a blended balance of strategist, brand builder, creative, project manager, producer, franchise manager and analyst. Critical to success will be relationship building and an ability to coordinate campaign rollouts on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
• Support the 360- campaign planning for Amazon Originals, including creation of goals, approach, positioning, brand management, creative development, and overall communication and engagement strategy in the US across all channels (e.g. social, digital, Amazon owned channels, TV, in-theater, print, out-of-home and PR)
• Support the long-lead creative development in collaboration with creative leaders; provide creative direction and feedback to agency teams to ensure all is on brand and aligns with campaign and brand strategy
• Support campaign operations/admin needs such as metadata inputs, research and testing inputs, PO processing, maintaining wikis, box folders, testing calendar, etc.
• Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders and partners, including, but not limited to, creative agencies, media, social, PR, content development, legal, research, production, business development, Amazon Media Group, Amazon O&O, product, external agencies, and other relevant teams to support workflows that enable successful series launches
• Research industry and competitive landscape and help provide insights to the Brand team and other members of marketing. Support audience insights efforts as needed, including tracking research, updating segmentation trackers timing, comp research, etc.
• Drafting and creating presentations and documents for share-out with creative and business partners.
• Identify assets needed for each campaign/initiative and communicate to relevant team(s) in a timely manner for on-time delivery and launch
• Measure outputs against internal and external measures and deliver continuous improvement
• Present to senior leadership regularly to update on key metrics and progress to goals; set mechanisms to operationalize timely global status updates for titles
• Cultivate positive relationships with appropriate agencies, companies, talent, executive producers, external studios and other relevant global stakeholders to forward our position
Qualifications
• 2 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
