Content Marketing Manager - Amazon Music
As a Content Marketer inside the Content Marketing team, you will develop compelling integrated and paid media campaigns that drive Amazon Music goals. You are a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and operate with a high attention to detail – you're organized and sweat the small stuff. The ideal candidate is passionate about music and sharing the Amazon Music story, has experience running omni-channel campaigns, working closely with media and agencies, leading creative development across multiple stakeholders, plus trafficking, measuring and reporting. They have big ideas that benefit our customers and know how to bring them to life.
A day in the life
Our team is focused on building a personalized, curated, and seamless music experience. We want to help our customers discover up-and-coming artists, while also having access to their favorite established musicians. We build systems that are distributed on a large scale, spanning our music apps, web player, and voice-forward audio engagement on mobile and Amazon Echo devices, powered by Alexa to support our customer base. Amazon Music offerings are available in countries around the world, and our applications support our mission of delivering music to customers in new and exciting ways that enhance their day-to-day lives.

Job responsibilities
• Serves as the primary POC to assigned GTMs and content.
• Owns assigned campaigns and schedules end-to-end, from concept to wrap-up.
• Briefs and collaborates with internal and external agencies and stakeholders on media strategy and creative development.
• Works directly with media and owned channel POCs to innovate and create best-in-class customer experiences.
• Optimizes media and owned channel portfolio against competing priorities and goals.
• Measures and reports Artist and Amazon KPIs, leading analysis to deliver valuable insights.
• Procures and traffics assets.
• Captures and shares competitor activity.
• Owns Content Marketing team reporting.

Qualifications
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong project management skills, managing internal stakeholders and multiple campaigns at once.
• Experience in storytelling creative development from concept to launch.
• Experience using 1P and 3P metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
• 5 years of digital marketing experience with consumer facing brands.
• 5 years managing large-scale paid media.
• Proven competency and superior knowledge of social platforms, tools, and performance tracking.
• Global experience driving marketing programs across multiple markets.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with subscription-based consumer products.
• Strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to use sound judgement.
