Recruiting Coordinator - Prime Video & Studios
The Prime Video and Amazon Studios team is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator who will work closely with a team of recruiters supporting the businesses hiring needs in our Santa Monica, CA office. Our Recruiting Coordinator will serve as an integral member of the team, responsible for scheduling interviews, managing recruiting process, and building candidate relationships. The Recruiting Coordinator serves as the primary candidate advocate, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and a seamless interview process.
The successful candidate will be an organizational guru, motivated by creating streamlined recruiting processes to constantly improve efficiency. You will be expected to leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to partner effectively with internal clients and candidates. Finally, the successful candidate must have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, exercising sound judgment and communicating an air of calm even when dealing with ambiguous situations.

Position Responsibilities:
• Scheduling phone, video-conference and in-person interviews; working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arranging candidate travel as required
• Leveraging recruiting and HR systems to update candidate records, post jobs, pull reports, confirm new hires, and more
• Providing follow-up to candidates, including status updates via phone and email
• Tracking and reporting on recruiting activities and candidate status
• Coordinating and scheduling post-interview debrief meetings
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
• BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 years of professional experience in recruiting coordination, project management or broader support of a team through calendar management, coordination of events and internal communication
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with scheduling in Outlook or a similar tool
• Experience in external customer facing role
• Demonstrated organizational skills with experiencing examining various data sets and exposing gaps or trends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree
• Entertainment industry experience
• Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience including sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Client focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing avenues, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
• Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
• Solid communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
• A track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
