Intern - Talent Management

This is a Full Time Unpaid Internship

Alpha Entertainment is a dynamic new management and consulting company operated by William Morris Agency veterans specializing in all areas of entertainment with a core focus on branded talent and entertainment. This internship is for a motivated individual who wants to gain experience in the entertainment industry with respect to creating multiple platforms for talent. While there are administrative duties involved, this opportunity allows students to be proactive and creative regarding new client and business ideas and provides unprecedented exposure to all facets of the industry. Academic credit is available.

Duties include:

• New client/business research.

• Managing client materials.

• Liaising with clients regarding project updates.

• Scheduling appointments with talent, production and casting companies, publishing houses, etc.

• Research & database management.

• Organizing & expediting workflow

• Arranging meetings & travel.

• Receiving & appropriately responding to incoming correspondence.

• Answering & placing calls regarding clients.

Skills:

• Superior written & verbal communication skills, including corporate e-mail protocol.

• Exceptional follow-through skills; be detail oriented w/ability to multi-task.

• Excellent research skills.
