Alevy Productions (Howie Mandel's Production Company) seeks Executive Assistant / Receptionist / Office Manager.
The position supports a busy executive and staff whose time is balanced between an ambitious development slate and heavy hands-on creative producing responsibilities. The ideal candidate has an interest in development and can simultaneously juggle the administrative duties of a busy desk, and evaluate the never-ending flow of material that comes through,
Agency, network or studio experience is a big plus!
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answering phones, rolling heavy call volume
• Managing schedule for the Alevy team
• Research and reading
• Managing the office/stocking the kitchen
• Other duties as requested

• Strong skills in organization and multi-tasking
• Self-starter
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proofreading and editing skills
• Strong research skills
• Must have professional phone etiquette, experience rolling calls
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and problem solver with technology
