At AKQA, the HRIS Administrator is responsible for assisting in HRIS administration across AKQA North America (roughly 1,000 employees). You will be working with the HR teams to complete data entries/ changes in EV5, perform validations as well as assisting HR team members with additional HR/ payroll related projects and responsibilities. HR Administrators at AKQA are comfortable with working across multiple offices and timezones, as we are a global company with multiple locations across North America.
Requirements:
Complete data entry/ changes into EV5 for all NA studios
Validate PTO Accrual Rates each pay period
Run reports before, during, and after payroll as needed
Responsible for training new HR members on EV5 (view only)
Assist NA Employees with ADP Self Service Portal queries
Troubleshoot any errors in EV5 and contact ADP to resolve as needed
Complete Quarterly WPP Demographic Reports
Complete Employment Verification Requests
Complete Unemployment Insurance Verifications
Run Monthly Headcount/ Freelancer Hours worked reports
Provide Performance Review Progress reports to HR Teams
Run Reports for WPP Compliance reports
Ad Hoc Duties and Reporting as requested
A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR/Payroll environment
Knowledge and experience working in ADP EV5 is an asset
Ability to analyze, research and resolve payroll inquiries
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
Ability to amalgamate multiple sources of data, organize and present findings/results with clarity
Bachelors degree
A detail-oriented, organized, self-starter
