Australian entertainment immigration attorney seeking intern to assist with preparation of cases for foreign talent visas and Green Cards.
The need for foreign talent is greater than ever, so anyone interested in a career on the business side of the entertainment industry will benefit from gaining insight into the requirements for foreign talent to work on US productions.
You DO NOT need to be a law student or recent law school graduate in order to be eligible for this position, but some legal experience will help.
You will be working in the same shared office space as attorney and a talent manager who represents American and Australian actors.
It is best if you have a passion for the entertainment industry and a general understanding of acting and/or filmmaking as a profession.
Applicant should have a passion for learning about running a start-up, as well as be interested in either entertainment or immigration law and talent management. This will be a useful experience for those interested in a career as a manager, attorney or a producer.
