AIB Sportsbrands is creating a sports-related video content platform for the Chinese market. We are looking for a responsible, organized, proactive, outgoing, good humored Personal Assistant to provide high-quality support, organization and project management to the Head of Content. The Assistant will work side-by-side with the Head of Content to help manage and track multiple fast-moving projects from concept through delivery (using ASANA). The role will also include liaising with creatives, production managers, producers, post production managers, and Chinese Culture team leader, as well as be a sounding board and collaborator through development process. In addition, you will help the Head of Content manage his schedule, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and other tasks related to the execution of his responsibilities. There will also be endless opportunities to use your writing and creative chops through all aspects of our process.
Our ideal candidate is someone who has previous experience with production management at an advertising agency, a post production facility, a tv or cable network, production company, or a publishing house. You must be extremely organized and efficient with a superhuman eye for detail and be able to switch gears between projects quickly. You should exercise good judgment and be able to take initiative.
You should be familiar with Asana and/or willing to learn and become an expert in all of its bells and whistles. The slate of projects will scale rapidly so you need to hit the ground running and most importantly have fun along the way.
Job requirements
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role
- Competent usage of Microsoft Office Programs and presentation related programs
- Familiarity with calendar scheduling, online calendars, conference call systems and storage cloud systems
- Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- College degree
