APA, Agency for the Performing Arts is a leading talent agency representing acclaimed talent in entertainment and media including motion pictures, television, writers, music, branding + marketing, digital, comedy and physical production with offices located in Beverly Hills, New York City, Nashville, Atlanta, Toronto and London. APA is one of the oldest and most respected full-service agencies.
The APA Summer Internship Program exposes selected candidates the opportunity to participate in all facets of agency operations. Interns will spend time in every agency department and work alongside our agent trainees performing the same work. Duties will include but not limited to filing, typing, copying, phones, desk shadowing and desk coverage.
All interns will participate in our summer programming of speakers and development sessions. It is our mission to provide a learning experience that allows candidates to develop valuable knowledge and skills.
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited university and have a sincere interest in artist representation within the entertainment industry. APA will only consider qualified candidates who have completed their sophomore year of college or higher.
The APA Summer Internship Program is a paid 7- week program starting June 18, 2018 and ending August 3, 2018. Hours worked are from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. APA requires interns to provide their own transportation, housing, or relocation costs.
