What We Are Looking For:
Seeking a Scripted Literary Coordinator with a feature focus. Must be organized, detail-oriented, self-started and able to learn quickly in an ever-changing environment. This is an opportunity for someone with agency/management experience who wants to continue on the representation path.
Skills & Functions:
• Maintain all internal information grids and stay up to date on the entertainment landscape & entertainment/media business news including: Studio, streamer, and production company feature content
• Production company overalls & first look deals
• Studio, streamer, producer and manager contact grids
• Feature writing and directing assignments
• Study and report on trends of studio and streamer feature development and production
• Dealing with high profile studio and streamer executives, producers and managers while understanding the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Resourceful, proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and assertive
• The art of follow-up and following through
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Ability to read and review scripts, pitches, IP
• Incredibly detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Oasis is a plus
Experience & Education
• 2-3 years of professional experience working in the entertainment industry required
• Prior Agency/Management experience is highly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree
