Beverly Hills-based talent agency is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual interested in pursuing a long-term role in entertainment finance to fill an immediate full-time opening as a Client Payment Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
• Processing client payments across all departments; Commercial, Branded, Physical Production, Talent and Lit.
• Accounts receivable - Commission collections
• Data entry - Maintain client information
• Prepare payment mailings and bank deposits
• Filing
• Interact with clients and their representatives ensuring clear, correct communication regarding the status of payments
• General finance department support
Qualifications:
• Prior experience
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining strict attention to detail
• Multi-tasking and prioritizing urgent issues effectively
• Able to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook and 10 Key
• Self-motivated and dedicated individual - discretion is essential
• Good People skills
