This role is not working for an agent and is not a part of the agent training program.
The ideal candidate is looking to begin a career is social media and influencer marketing. Candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, as well as balance changing demands, a dynamic schedule and function well under pressure. Interest in social media, influencer marketing and digital is a MUST. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is required.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Executive's calendar, proactively addressing scheduling conflicts, set and maintain schedules of appointments and meetings.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
• Assist in social media management, brainstorms as needed
• Monitor best practices and trends in social media, including new platforms
• Research projects as needed
• Keep Executive well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
• Manage administrative paperwork for Executive
• Coordinate and prepare meeting materials, agendas, notes, handouts, etc.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year(s) of working experience in marketing, influencer relations or social media
• Bachelor's degree
• Interest in social media, digital and influencer marketing
• Proficient in all social media platforms
• Detail Oriented: Must possess the highest level of attention to detail
• Computer Skills: must be proficient with computer programs including the following: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate concisely
• Ability to identify and anticipate needs, while staying on top of priorities
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks
• Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality
