Agency for the Performing Arts seeks an assistant in its Gaming department in Beverly Hills, CA.
This position will assist in supporting the Agency's gaming talent (writers, developers, influencers, content creators, etc...). The position requires a communicative and thoughtful individual who can take initiative while learning on the job.
The candidate will need a strong work ethic and an understanding of how their supporting role can help to grow the Agency's practice. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as a strong interest in game development, game content, and emerging best practices and trends in gaming entertainment.
The ability to multi-task is essential as the position requires managing calendars and calls, booking travel, conducting research projects, handling client submissions, and invoicing for payments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree, Law degree is preferred
• Past work history and/or internship experience in talent management and/or at a startup.
• Resourceful, proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and assertive when necessary
• Knowledge of gaming influencers
• Desire to learn the business of video games
• Lover of all things games + tech
• Proficient with word, excel, and outlook
Responsibilities:
• Staying up to date on trends in gaming
• Supporting the desk via research, reporting and pulling analytics/audience demos
• Handling client invoicing, booking and accounting
• Scheduling meetings/calls/travel
