ADDITION is a leading, digital-focused, talent management company based in the LA Area of California (working safer from home, but subject to change). The company was established 8 years ago and is one of the industry's leaders in digital entertainment, with a specific stronghold on YouTube. We are looking for a full-time candidate to fill the role of Talent Associate. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, talent agency/management company, or at a start-up is highly valuable, and any experience working with talent/celebrities is a huge plus. Candidates must be available by email Monday through Friday, unless otherwise notified, between 8:00 am to 6:30 pm (hours are subject to change and weekend hours may be required from time to time). The ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow into a Talent Manager position.
Responsibilities:
• Researching, targeting, identifying and recruiting new talent into the Addition roster
• Closely working alongside another talent associate AND for talent managers on a variety of day-to-day artist support and administrative services such as:
1. Talent development, brand outreach, and campaign execution
2. Coordinating logistics and travel accommodations for client and manager events including, but not limited to, video shoots, paid appearances, press events, meetings and calls
3. Managing the schedule of specific talent and Addition team members on a daily basis
• Updating talent bios and content examples for sales and content pitches
• Assisting in the preparation of internal tracking reports and external post campaign analysis
• Helping define, develop and execute talent's content, personal brand and licensing initiatives?
• Providing client and sales team support on brand integration projects -
• Prioritizing and managing time-sensitive deliverables on a daily basis
• Collaborating with freelancers and consulting clients as needed
• Assisting with accounting needs such as invoicing and T&E reporting as necessary
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Resides in CA, Los Angeles area preferred, but able to relocate to Los Angeles area at candidates own expense, if/when company returns to office
• Previous assistant / agency / MCN / management experience
• Active on all social media, video platforms and applications (YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, Twitch, Triller, Facebook, etc.)
• General knowledge of the top creators/influencers on each of the social media, video platforms and apps.
• Exceptionally strong writing skill, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)? and/or Google Suite
• Valid driver's license and working vehicle
• Desire to learn the digital world of entertainment and talent representation
