Part Time Job
Boutique talent agency with offices in Los Angeles and New York is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist the Chief Operating Officer 3 days a week (to start).
Candidate must be a motivated problem-solver, focused, able to multi-task in a hectic environment, good with people, and must have a great sense of humor. Should also be detail-oriented and have passion for and experience in the entertainment industry.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Handling heavy phones
Extensive email correspondance
Maintaining Executive calendar
New client orientation
Previous casting, talent management or agency experience is preferred but not required.
For the right candidate an Agent Trainee program could be connected, but is not necessary.
