Direct Reports: Manager, Fan Engagement; Manager, Digital Strategy
Role description: Oversees digital marketing including social media, website, email, digital advertising; Identifies strategy for new digital initiatives and platforms including live streams, YouTube and new technology; manages partnership strategy with DSPs and social platforms; collaborates with ViacomCBS on digital initiatives/content and ACM Partnerships & Creatives team on branded content opportunities; manages social agency relationships; creates digital and social strategy and platform development for Lifting Lives; Grows social audience
Job Duties:
o Develop annual digital strategic plan for ACM to include partnerships, platforms, growth goals and revenue drivers
o Oversee ACM fan engagement and growth strategy including social media, website, email, and YouTube
o Collaborate with Creative & Content team to develop best-in-class content to leverage individual social and video platforms
o Develop monetization strategy for ACM digital platforms
o Create annual partnership strategies with Digital Service Providers (DSPs) to ensure ACM marketing and fan engagement objectives are met
o Develop and maintain relationships with all social media companies including Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
o Collaborate with CBS and dick clark productions teams on digital media campaign strategy, recommendations and execution
o Partner with ACM Marketing and PR teams on digital marketing campaigns and digital media efforts
o Oversee digital agency relationships and partnerships with digital teams at CBS and dick clark productions
Requirements:
o 5-7 years in a digital strategy and/or social media management role
o Experience developing and distributing content on multiple platforms
o Knowledge and experience in a Country Music, Television, or entertainment content role
o Experience managing employees and agencies
o College degree or equivalent in related field
