The Disney Creative Hive team manages and develops creative marketing assets in support of our global theatrical brands, Disney , as well as corporate needs. The Hive falls under Disney Theatrical Marketing and Distribution, and collaborates with all other creative partners across the Studio.
Responsibilities:
• Bay producing. Collaborate with the Creative Content editors and other creative staff to meet and exceed expectations of the stakeholder's requests.
• Partner with The Hive Theatrical and Disney Producers/Creative Director to ensure workflow is managed for stakeholders.
• Act as a creative voice, writer and producer in the creation of Creative Content marketing materials for Disney Theatrical, Disney , as well as corporate reels.
• Partner with Studio Marketing Creative Executives and Brand Leads to manage development of creative marketing assets. Additionally, write and develop concepts and proposals for Creative Content to present to filmmakers and executives for possible campaign ideas.
• Oversee production, and producing on location, as needed for miscellaneous shoots.
• Draft interview questions for talent for Creative Content shoots, as needed.
• Collaborate with Studio Marketing Creative Executives, Finance, Operations and HR.
• Collaborate with Finance in developing budgets, the tracking of budgets, including overtime approvals, and overall output of work, in order to maintain The Hive as a cost savings division.
• Oversee the finishing process and delivery for all Creative Content projects alongside the Disney finishing team.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experienced in Theatrical, Streaming and Digital marketing.
• Highly skilled in bringing the creative ideas of others to market.
• Excellent judgment and insight about which creative ideas and suggestions will work.
• Can facilitate effective brainstorming.
• Team player, thrives on collaboration and helping others do their best work.
• Strong communication skills.
• Practiced under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Preferred Education
• Typically requires a 4-year college degree or 7 years of industry experience as well as 3 years of management experience
