The Disney Creative Hive team manages and develops creative marketing assets in support of our Global Theatrical and In-home releases. The Hive falls under Theatrical Marketing and Distribution, and will collaborate with all other creative partners across the Studio and The Walt Disney Company.
Reporting to the VP, Creative Director of The Hive, this position will primarily contribute to the creation and management of the Theatrical trailer, Creative content and television content workflow, along with collaboration with other Studio functions.

Responsibilities:
• Provide creative musical ideas and direction for all marketing campaigns worked on in The Hive.
• Be responsible for the finding and securing of Music and sound design for materials created in the Hive.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive and efficient musical and sound FX library for use of The Hive creative team.
• Manage the distribution of these musical assets to The Hive creative team.
• Partner with The Hive Creative Director to ensure workflow is managed for stakeholders.
• Be responsible for the creation of music cue sheets needed for the clearing of music and finishing process.
• Partner with Studio Operations to ensure assets are securely managed.
• Work directly with the Finishing department to provide any and all materials and information to complete the clearance and finishing process.
• Guide and assist with the preparation of materials to be finished. Insure the materials created by the Hive maintain quality through the finishing process. Provide finishing department with any and all things necessary to complete the finishing process.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in music supervision
• Excellent knowledge of the trailer industry and movie marketing
• Experience partnering with music vendors, recording labels, and music libraries
