The Specialist, Marketing Partnerships & Execution role will be responsible for executing the day-to-day functions for the Marketing Partnerships Execution team. Day to day functions include assisting with the PAS (Promotions Approval System) data base, sales report data entry, department reports and promotional recap presentations, client follow-up and calendar management.
Responsibilities:
• Handle day to day functional elements of the Execution team consisting of a group of 7 team members.
• Assist managers with PAS (Promotions Approval Systems) data entry for all promotional deals across theatrical & Disney .
• Provide support for upkeep of the Sales Data system to ensure all promotional programs reflect current campaign initiatives.
• Assist with asset management for the Execution team.
• Provide assistance with department budgets such as invoicing and coding.
• Support leadership where needed department logistics for client updates, execution weekly presentation meetings for the department team members and client follow up.
• Handle the creation of all promotional partner recap presentation decks for both internal and external use and future sales opportunities.
• Handle the coordination of department premiums for relevant film/series titles from ordering to warehouse management and inventory.
• Assist with promotional partner logistics for online or in person pitch and update presentations and on-site logistics for partner events such as premieres.
• Archive promotional materials and postmortems.
• Provide assistance with meeting calendars, prep for presentations meeting logistics, travel coordination and budgets.
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong organization skills
• Proficient in all computer programs (Power Point, Word, Adobe, photoshop etc.)
• Strong ability to multi-task in a high-volume work environment
• 2 years of marketing or entertainment experience
Required Education
• Four-year college degree
