Full Time Unpaid Internship
THE ROLE:
An intern with the International department will support various areas in the department including Programming, Fulfillment & Digital. June – August are the busiest months for International with preparation for 2 catalogues over 600 hours of programming, MIPCOM, other small conferences and our fiscal year end. Gaining assistance and support at this time of year, in addition to giving experience in each area of the International department will benefit the candidate. Fiscal year end is specifically important to the fulfillment team, being able to support them during summer for clean-up projects, setting up new processes will ensure a more smooth process come year end. Assistance with projects for the Research & Creative teams will also provide a robust experience in the International Division.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Some required duties across Programming & Digital
- Program cataloging process - the preparation and distribution of programs and their related materials, production, and the creation, organization, and management of marketing materials, channel information and program information.
- Interaction with internal teams as well as International clients and Channel Partners
- Responsible for capturing, updating and disseminating critical information related to International priorities other on-going workflows.
• Building and maintaining Programming packages to support Global Programming Stunts, events and Sales revenue opportunities.
- Assist in maintaining international digital products such as H Vault and Amazon Channels
• Maintaining the international social media tracker
• Fielding channel partner short form requests
- Admin duties such as booking meetings, meeting notes, gathering materials may be requested as needed.

• Rising junior, senior student currently enrolled at an accredited college/
university and legally eligible to work in the U.S. may apply.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and social media are strongly preferred
