THE ROLE: Senior Manager, Advanced Advertising Solutions
As a member of the Advanced Advertising Solutions team, the Senior Manager is responsible for leading large Projects/Initiatives, maintaining and optimizing A+E Ad Technology stack, and helping diversify A+E Network's Ad Product line up.
You're a big picture thinker that's passionate about streaming television and the importance of executing a great ad experience across all consumer facing platforms and devices. You are analytical and can explain your data based findings to all levels of an organization. You're an expert in managing cross-functional projects and are willing to roll-up your sleeves to get the job done. You are great at educating others on new ad products, are willing to listen to their feedback, and develop ad products and solutions that suit our client's needs.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Ad Product Development, Maintenance and Integrations
• Strategize and develop innovative Ad Products under the direction of the Senior Director of Advanced Advertising Solutions across Web, Mobile Web, Mobile Aps and all CTV Platforms.
• Manage Ad Product and Ad delivery integrations with Product Development and Ad Operations teams at various On Domain and Off Domain platforms and devices.
• Educate and communicate technical requirements, development progress and project timelines to internal and external key stakeholders
• Understand business needs and video serving technologies to address current and future opportunities with new ad products, enhancements and updates
• Under the direction of the Senior Director Ad Product Development Perform extensive programmatic partner on-boarding and certification of new digital advertising products across platforms, devices and points of distribution.
• Collaborate with Ad Tech partner technical teams during development sprints to test and address implementation issues as they arise
• Monitor and track all elements of the digital products and ad serving technology stack for updates/releases to review and test prior to implementation. This primarily applies to video player, video ad servers, 2nd channel programmatic partners and 3rd party ad vendors.
• Partner with Analytics and Ad Ops teams on any ad server integration issues that arise and work with internal and external key stakeholders to resolve as quickly as possible.?
• Manage off domain distributor DAI integrations and off domain product extensions.
Project Management
• Manage and lead cross-functional advanced advertising initiatives throughout the full ad product lifecycle.
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity to determine best next steps to move projects forward.
• Influence and build consensus with stakeholders and project sponsors.
Maintaining and Optimizing Ad Tech Stack
• In depth knowledge of FreeWheel ad serving technology.
• Ability to pull and analyze ad server delivery reports and identify issues within ad delivery platforms to mitigate risks.
• Expert managing ad decision server network design and ability to educate stakeholders.

YOUR STORY: [+BEHAVIORS] (what you need to have)
• 3 years FreeWheel experience in an Ad Product or advanced advertising role
• Product integration experiences
• 3-4 years Project Management experience
• Expert managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Programmatic Servers and Systems Experience
• Two to three years of experience in Product Development, project management in a media, entertainment or ad tech property.
• Minimum Bachelors Degree
