THE ROLE: Sales Service Representative
Involved in entry and maintenance of DR deals.
Input, maintain and update client schedules in Wide Orbit.
Supply pre-log/post-log times.
Generate inventory and availability reports.
Resolve discrepancies.
Monitor and service client requests.
Supply DR introductory information to perspective clients.
Work closely with DR planner on client requests and order placements.
Generate research for client requests.
Execute all administrative duties associated with DR sales.
Heavy phone contact.
Update and maintain all client databases for DR.
Liaison with S&P for client approval process.
Liaison with accounting, business affairs and traffic.
