The Role: Production Coordinator –Partnerships
The Partnership's Production Coordinator will play a key role in a department where creativity
and commerce come together. You'll be a brand representative for Lifetime/History/A&E and other A+E brands helping to drive revenue and audience awareness across multiple platforms. This is a non-exempt position.

More About What You'll Do: List of Responsibilities
• Manage and produce added value and turnkey sponsor elements for ad-sales from assignment to delivery
• Work in close liaison with our ad-sales clients - communicate on project status
• Assist in project research, shoots and editing with heavy emphasis on post-production
• Facilitate media requests to Production Operations for loading, screening, etc.
• Create and manage internal and client timelines
• Familiarize yourself with legal and S&P guardrails, attend weekly legal meetings
• Generate logs/slates using OAP, coordinate with internal and external edits for delivery
• Manage, organize and archive digital assets from raw shoot materials to final spots
• Follow established network production protocols – implement new ones as needed
• Masterfully triage assignments/workload – delegate as necessary
• Learn and familiarize the respective brand cultures behind: A&E, History & Lifetime
• Participate in career development opportunities
• Assist in managing departmental expenses as needed
• Participate in weekly team and client production meetings

• Citrix (Server that holds OAP and MediaPulse)

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years relevant work experience
• Extensive knowledge of entertainment, social trends and internet culture.
• Experience and proficiency in video production
• Experience with digital media files and management
• Coverage of weekly programming and across weekends
• Innovative and creative thinker
• Strong editorial discretion
• Extremely organized
• Proactive, positive, reliable, incredibly dedicated, with tremendous follow-through
• Passionate about entertainment and TV conversations
• Detail and deadline oriented
• Some previous experience working in marketing and brand promotion preferred
