THE ROLE: International Infrastructure Engineer
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a friendly, small and highly technical IT team where you can have a real impact. We are looking for someone who is motivated, driven and wanting to grow their responsibilities by being involved with complex projects. This role will provide regional network support as well as desk-side systems support for all end user issues across multiple locations. This position will be based in the UK office (Hammersmith) and report to the Manager, Int'l Tech Support.
The Infrastructure Engineer is also responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of all end user hardware, software and related peripherals including, but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, MFD's and all mobile devices as well as all network hardware for the international / regional offices.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Responsible for supporting the corporate network infrastructure in multiple locations across the regions – resolve requests, incidents, alerts and events as they arrive in to the queue (35%)
• Responsible for providing technical assistance and end user support - resolve requests and incidents as they arrive into the queue (35%)
• Ensure technology offerings are kept up to date - Ensure that end points (both network and end user) are managed, and all core tools are installed across the enterprise (10%)
• Serves as subject matter expert on current supported network devices as well as future options - Must be current with technology and trends in the industry allowing the engineer to articulate a complete solution to end users based on their needs and the way they work (5%)
• Responsible for working with other teams within the Global Technology & Operations department on projects - Researches and develops tools to add value to the end user experience by utilizing current tools as well as recommend future tools that would benefit the client (5%)
• Document all work in Service now - All requests and incidents must be logged through the service now system to ensure issues are being tracked and resolved in a timely manner and provide actionable data to management (10%)
Working hours
• Usual working hours will be Monday to Friday between 08:30 – 17:30. This will be an 8-hour shift with a 1-hour lunch (08:30 – 16:30, 09:30 – 17:30). Weekend work may be needed but this will be infrequent and sufficient notice will be provided if applicable.
• Due to the nature of the work, you may be expected to start earlier or work later depending on user requirements.

Essential (Supporting and administering the following)
• Microsoft Office 365 & MS Teams support and administration
• Windows Server 2008 R2 / 2012 R2
• Supporting Windows 10 | Mac OSX | iOS
• Exposure to WAN concepts such as MPLS routing and carrier technologies
• Good network troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in network implementation / support engineering or similar role
• TCP/IP, IPSec, VPN, DNS, DHCP and SMTP protocols.
• Palo Alto Firewalls
• CISCO Switches
• CISCO Telephony / VOIP
• Extensive knowledge of LAN, WAN and WiFi
• Video Conferencing technologies
Desired
• ITIL Certified (Practitioner or Intermediate)
• Microsoft Certification (MCSA, MCITP, MCSE)
• Microsoft Office 365 & MS Teams
• ServiceNow experience
• Basic Cyber Security experience
• Microsoft Office 365 & MS Teams
• Broadcast industry experience
• CCNP/CCIE is highly desired
