The Role: Director, Marketing Operations, Lifetime & LMN The Role Lifetime is looking for a director for the Marketing Production Operations department. The Director is a senior leader who is highly skilled in the production management of marketing campaigns and ensures proper utilization of available resources and budget. The Director is responsible for macro budget oversight, project planning, and managing timelines to bring about the successful completion of projects. More About what you'll do • Lead production operations on all deliverables across Lifetime and LMN • Oversee budget planning across Lifetime On-Air & Print/Design • Responsible for external creative vendor and agency projects & relationships • Lead long-term campaign planning and tracking, project oversight, and management of creative approvals • Oversee Production Manager and evaluate employee contribution, performance, and development • Manage workloads of Production Manager, Creative Directors, and vendors, including balancing projects based on priority and timelines across all projects • Partner with 360 and Live Action Production teams to ensure all projects are supported operationally • Have strong knowledge of graphics/design/post-production • Responsible for Airtable budget workflow, including purchase requests and invoices • Ensure internal client requests and delivery of content for various departments are appropriately managed by PM • Responsible for Legal & S&P approval across all projects for Lifetime • Help structure and improve workflow within Marketing teams for maximum efficiency and clarity • Provide production support on new business initiatives as needed • Collaborate with the Production Services team to improve production operations processes • Manage music and footage licensing as needed across Lifetime creative projects Preferred Qualifications Candidate should be highly detail-oriented and be able to multitask/handle many projects at once in a team-oriented environment 5 years in Project Management in TV or Advertising (Network experience preferred) Experience in managing a team - implementing guidelines, and supporting employees to solve any issues that may arise. Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing Must be able to work independently and under pressure Exceptional proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Familiarity with Airtable a plus
