THE ROLE: Digital Revenue Operations Senior Associate
The Digital Revenue Operations Senior Associate will provide primary support as a resource to other Digital Associates and the team's supervisor. Additionally, the Senior Associate will execute day-to-day tasks as a part of the Digital Revenue Operations team, including the testing, execution, optimization and troubleshooting of all A+E Networks non-linear advertising campaigns.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Craft and participate in Digital Revenue Operations day-to-day policy including high level issue management with sales and technical cross-functional groups
• Understand back-end systems that support the overall Digital Revenue Operations department and assist in their management as a secondary point of contact
• Supply feedback to improve overall technical and inter-departmental workflow, participating in tasks needed to test and implement new procedures
• Coordinate detailed implementation for campaigns across all A+E Networks non-linear properties, including desktop, mobile/tablet, CTV and STB-VOD platforms
• Build and maintain positive communication between internal teams and external vendors
• Perform quality assurance of all campaign materials prior to launch, including display and video content and 3rd party ad tags and pixels
• Maintain integrity of ad tagging structure to enable display and video ads for proper targeting and tracking across all platforms
• Facilitate optimization, re-expression and re-allocations as dictated by the sales and revenue management teams, ensuring mirrored information is accurate between front and back-end systems
• Support other areas of Digital Revenue Operations as needed

YOUR STORY: [+BEHAVIORS] (what you need to have)
• 3-4 years in digital ad operations
• Working knowledge of FreeWheel MRM and Google Ad Manager ad serving platforms
• Familiar with front-end sales management solutions (Operative.One a plus)
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
• Understanding in third party vendors (Google Ad Manager, Innovid, Extreme Reach, etc.)
• Experience in debugging tools including Charles Proxy
• Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical and internal client-facing skills
• Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize effectively between projects
• Capability to work proactively under pressure, understand customer needs and build relationships
