THE ROLE: Creative Marketing Production Assistant (Temporary)
The Creative Marketing Production Assistant will be a versatile, multi-talented, entry level role that supports the creative marketing and studio marketing teams in the LA office.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Creative Marketing Production Assistant (Temporary):
• Support in-house Sr. Writer/Producer and Writer/Producer with production-related tasks including logging content, writing out VO scripts, light design work
• Responsible for departmental media management including Avid/Facilis (create/delete volumes), the internal company video library, MediaPulse (requesting files/tapes/drives) and other internal media and project management tools (OAP, BOX, Airtable, etc.)
• Make logs/slates (OAP) for finishing producers
• Support the new business team by creating materials for development process and pitch meetings
• Coordinate and prepare presentations for high-level executive meetings, handling video/audio playback at meetings when needed
• Coordinate with design teams to request graphics for spot tagging, presentation design, and other creative needs
• Light facilities management and administrative duties such as room set-up, shipments and deliveries, occasional catering orders,
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

YOUR STORY:
• Bachelor's or Associates Degree (including Santa Monica College Promax Pathways Program) in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field
• Minimum two (2) years relevant work experience
• Experience with programs such as Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel, editing platforms (ie Avid, Premiere, Final Cut)
• Innovative and creative thinker
• Extremely organized
• Proactive, positive, reliable, incredibly dedicated, with tremendous follow-through
• Passionate about entertainment and TV
• Detail and deadline oriented
