Full Time Job
THE ROLE: Coordinator, Production & Programming
• Oversee that all document deliverables are uploaded by delivery of project and approve thus deliverables (Time coded script, final credits, E&O). (Christmas & Originals).
• In charge of uploading proper production documents to H-Drive for Programming Managers (Outlines, scripts, final cast & crew list, tone materials) (Christmas & Originals).
• Ensure team updates Airtable weekly while also filling in columns left blank (if the project has International, PR attached, BA attached etc.) (Christmas & Originals).
• Track movie title clearance and streamline communication of those titles with proper internal teams. (Christmas & Originals).
• Order final movie screeners via MediaPulse once a movie has passed QC (Christmas & Originals).
• In charge of ordering, gift wrapping and shipping all talent gifts (Christmas & Originals).
• Attend weekly studio meetings with Production Manager.
• Approve Development invoices on DEBUT for Program Managers
• Ability to receive final sign off on format sheet by Operations before a picture is locked when Production Manager is out of office.
• Back up to Production Manager in liaising between Production/Post teams and internal Marketing/PR teams when Production Manager is out of office.
General support
• Updating the Original movies submission log- including logging and overseeing that proper passes have been made in a timely manner.
• Work with Programming Managers to manage their BA paperwork (RFNs, PAC process)
• Create ''First Looks'' on movies going into Production for Programming Managers.
• Back up on phones and scheduling when other Coordinators or Executive Assistants are out of office.
• Help create decks for various meetings when needed.
• Review and provide notes on scripts, dailies and cuts when needed.
YOUR STORY
• On set or office production experience
• Familiar with all production documents i.e. DOODs/Oneliners/Conf & Non Conf Cast Lists/different colors of scripts/etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with content platforms: PIX, Vimeo, MediaSilo, Frame.IO, Wiredrive, BOX, Airtable
• Ability to video edit with Adobe Premiere is a benefit
• Highly organized team player with great communication skills
• Must have a ''can do'' attitude
• Minimum 2 years' experience with Production
• Four year college degree
