Full Time Job
Administrative and organizational support to the International Programming and Format teams, primarily in the areas of international format production and acquisitions, international production and co-productions. Work with multiple A E network brands, domestic and international production companies and clients to monitor, track and gather deliverables, ensure accurate input into the International division's database/system of record (GPS), reference tools, and the preparation of various meeting materials. Additional administrative support to members of the Programming and Format teams as directed.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
With direction from the Head of International Format Production & Acquisitions, and Manager, International Programming and Sales Administration:
• Track and coordinate International Format, local production, acquisition, and co-production deliverables through various internal systems (PPL, Debut, Box, GPS, etc.)
• Be key point person for all assets and information requests related to ongoing format and local production businesses
• Maintain status updates on format and local production tracking systems and calendars; Relay business to business communication between global partners and internal stakeholders
• Work with Digital and IT teams to maintain and update content sales website.
• Communicate relevant information to Programming team in preparation for international catalog releases
• Assist in the preparation and execution of materials (sizzle reels/sales tapes, sales sheets, eBlasts) for International Format/Programming/Sales markets and events (MIPCOM, MIPTV, NATPE, International Conference, etc.)
• Organize and participate in team calls and meetings; take detailed notes
• Help on additional Programming/Format team projects, as needed

As part of the A E Networks' International team, you will learn all about what it means to be part of a key growth area for a global media portfolio that operates 80 channels in over 200 territories in 42 languages. Our global brands - among the strongest in the media business - include A&E; HISTORY; Lifetime; H2; FYI; Crime Investigation; Blaze; Bio among others.
YOUR STORY: [ BEHAVIORS]
- An individual with exceptional organizational skills. Someone with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage an ongoing volume of data and information in a fun, but deadline-oriented work environment. 1 to 3 years' experience in television or film production or programming (or related areas in the media industry) a must. Experience with data entry/database systems, as well as demonstrated experience working on multiple projects and/or various pipelines of information. Client-focused work experience also required. Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented attitude, are key to this position. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint also key. Interest in and passion for learning various aspects of the International production and programming business a plus. International experience, foreign language skills a plus. Undergraduate Degree
