THE ROLE: Coordinator, Broadcast Operations
This Stamford, Ct. Broadcast Operations Coordinator position will work a schedule that could include evenings and weekends and will work with his/her managers to help bring priority programming across the AETN brands to life.
MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU'LL DO:
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Assisting in the Quality Control (QC) of Network Daytime and Primetime Programming
• Actively monitoring Network Preview Feeds as scheduled daily noting any technical issues or scheduling inconsistencies
• Aiding in the completion of the daily On-Air Broadcast Automation Schedule as assigned to any of our 10 Linear or 6 Streaming Networks
• Acting as a liaison between AETN and Encompass Digital Media, delivering and communicating key assets/information as needed for the material hand-off for final transmission
• Assisting in the creation and quality control of delivered on-air graphics
• Actively tracking and assisting in the delivery of digital short-form(commercial) assets and their delivery to Encompass as scheduled

• Bachelor's degree in communications, film, television or related field
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Both an analytical and creative thinking mind-set
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and desire to gain experience within the TV landscape
• A true team player!
