We're currently looking to expand our team and are seeking a new Project Manager to assist with our growing Interiors department. Responsibilities include overseeing projects from conception, to design development, and all the way through full implementation.
This department focuses on everything interior design oriented or space oriented including (but not limited to) designing interiors for retail, restaurants, offices, etc. Please visit our website and check out the SPACE section to get a sense of the type of projects you would be working on. Background in art, design, interior design, or architecture preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred. Would prefer applicant to have knowledge of the process from conception, to design development, to construction drawings and construction.
Skills we are looking for:
3-5 years working/background at an interior design and/or architecture firm or managing design/interior design projects. Knowledge of Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, V-Ray rendering preferred.
Project management responsibilities include:
Develop project scopes and objectives; deliver every project on time within budget and set scope; measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques; manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders; coordinate internal resources and vendors; meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing a budget; being main point of contact and overseeing correspondence.
