Office Assistant (P/T)

Watson Design Group is seeking an entry-level part-time Office Assistant to join our Los Angeles office. You must be available Monday through Friday for two to three days a week. This is a multi-faceted position that includes administrative and office duties as well as active engagement with the creative team. Administrative duties include answering phones, sending company-wide emails, keeping reception and kitchen area clean, coordinating group events and weekly lunches, and ordering kitchen and office supplies as needed.

We are imaginative, innovative, and driven by our passion for interactive design. Projects we've brought to life include campaigns for Swiss Army Man, The Jungle Book and The Hunger Games franchise as well as experiential features for League of Legends and X-Files. We've had the pleasure of working with clients from Disney to A24, Lionsgate to Warner Bros., and are constantly looking forward to creating new, exciting digital marketing initiatives. We are not afraid to challenge ourselves and push the envelope of what's possible, setting our goals high and keeping our eye on the digital horizon.
Requirements:
Preferably a college student or recent graduate (less than one year out of college)
Creative writing skills are a must have
Strong verbal communication skills
Interest or passion in film
Social media savvy
Interest in digital, design, advertising, or digital production
Looking to grow within the firm
Ability to manage different personalities
Responsibilities:
Answering phones lines
Sending out company-wide e-mails
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and reception areas
Coordinating weekly lunches
Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies
Update and maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies
Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
Updating Watson Design Group website
Coordinating repairs of office equipment
