What part will you play?
One of Warner Bros.' corporate functions is our Human Resources Organization Effectiveness function. We are currently seeking a VP, Organization Development to lead this team. In this role, you will oversee three key areas: Organization Development, Learning & Organization Change Management. Responsibilities include:
ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT:
• Partner with senior HR Group Leads/Business Partners to develop and deliver enterprise-wide and BU specific OD/Engagement strategies and solutions
• Lead and provide direction to seasoned OD team/leaders that are aligned by business to serve customized business solutions
• Serve as senior OD partner by designing and delivering OD interventions, programs, team development, and individual executive coaching as needed
• Manage internal/external executive coaching/mentoring and measure/track effectiveness of efforts
LEARNING:
• Provide thought leadership and direction for our enterprise-wide learning & development team
• Partner with HR Business Partners to identify learning needs, build, and drive a comprehensive learning strategy, including leadership development, learning/skill building at all levels, performance management, etc.
• Partner with VP, International L&OD to provide relevant learning consistency across our global businesses
• Facilitate core leadership development programs
ORGANIZATION CHANGE MANAGEMENT:
• Provide oversight and vision to the OCM team to create and maintain the transformational change strategy, philosophy, and practical approach to behavior change
• Actively engage and partner with the business and HR leaders to ensure relevance, consistency and sustainability of change management solutions, including program alignment to business readiness and adoption
• Work with OCM team to create practical change strategies and resources that equip leaders and employees to shift mindsets, build capabilities and embed agility in their day to day operations and initiatives

The ideal candidate will bring a relationship-based approach with demonstrated success building trusted partnerships, internal and external consulting experience, a proven track record delivering OD solutions, exceptional communication/facilitation skills, and an unfaltering commitment to diversity and inclusion.
