Warner Bros. has been entertaining audiences for more than 90 years through the world's most-loved characters and franchises. Warner Bros. employs people all over the world in a wide variety of disciplines, and we're on the lookout for a creative, analytical individual to join our HR Employee Engagement team as a Senior Employee Engagement Specialist.
As the Senior Employee Engagement Specialist, you would support the engagement of employees around the world with the strategies, businesses, content and products of the Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies, helping to shape company culture and helping to drive the company's Diversity and Inclusion vision. You would support this engagement primarily through providing day-to-day oversight of the company's six Business Resource Groups (employee affinity groups) and assisting with the company's employee volunteer program. You would also have the opportunity to help shape the future of this team by analyzing the efficacy of current efforts and conducting research on employee engagement best practices.
We are looking for someone with at least a bachelor's degree (master's degree strongly preferred) in a related field (business administration, human resources, social work, psychology, organization development, etc) and at least 3 years' professional experience in a diversity and inclusion role at a large company, providing oversight to employee resource groups and/or employee volunteer programs. A few years of managerial and/or coaching experience as well is a huge plus! Successful Employee Engagement team members are proficient in Word, Excel, and, ideally, WordPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Occasional participation in activities outside of regular business hours is required.
The Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies is an equal opportunity employer and considers all candidates for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, marital status, military or veteran's status (including protected veterans, as may be required by federal law), sexual orientation or any other category protected by law.
